Gateway Educonnect Pvt Ltd is the legal entity providing the services described in these Terms and is the contracting party for services provided directly by Gateway Educonnect Pvt Ltd. When you request, register for, purchase or use services provided directly by us, your agreement for those services is with Gateway Educonnect Pvt Ltd, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Gateway Educonnect offers education counselling, recruitment of students, shortlisting courses and institutions, application-support, document-support, admissions coordination, visa-support coordination, post-offer, and various other student-support services.
As part of our services, we may assist students in communicating or interacting with universities, colleges, pathway providers, admissions platforms, accommodation providers, payment providers, visa-related service providers and other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these third parties are independent organisations and provide their respective services under their own terms, policies and decision-making processes. Gateway Educonnect does not control or guarantee admission, scholarships, visa or immigration outcomes, accommodation or other decisions independently made by such third parties or government authorities.
In these Terms, “you” or “your” means the individual accessing our website, platform or services or entering into an agreement with Gateway Educonnect.
By visiting our site or by requesting, registering or using our services, you accept the Terms and that you are bound by our Terms and our Privacy Policy. In case you do not accept these Terms, do not use the relevant services.
These Terms themselves are an electronic record and can be accepted electronically. A physical or electronic signature is not necessary to these Terms in order to qualify as an electronic record to the extent that such a signature is allowed by applicable law.
Use of Our Website and Services
The use of this platform and the products and services found on this platform are subject to the following terms of use:
- Gateway Educonnect provides education counselling, student recruitment, course and institution shortlisting, application support, document support, admissions coordination, visa-support coordination, post-offer assistance and related student-support services.
- Our site, platform and services are aimed at delivering information, direction and administrative services to students and potential applicants with regards to education opportunities and application procedures.
- Information available on our website or platform may include details about courses, institutions, admission requirements, intakes, scholarships, application processes, visa-related requirements and other educational information. We take reasonable steps to keep such information accurate and current. However, information provided or controlled by universities, government authorities and other independent third parties may change without prior notice.
- Gateway Educonnect does not make admission, scholarship, visa, immigration, accommodation or other decisions that are independently made by universities, government authorities or third-party service providers
- You must use our website, platform and services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent or forged documents, impersonate another person, introduce malicious software, infringe intellectual-property rights or use our services in violation of applicable law.
- Such materials may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless Gateway Educonnect Pvt Ltd provides prior written permission for another use or such use is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
- Third-party names, trademarks, university logos and other intellectual property referred to on our website or platform remain the property of their respective owners. The inclusion of third-party information, trademarks or links does not mean that Gateway Educonnect owns, controls or guarantees the relevant third-party services.
- Where our services or site has links to external web sites, they have their terms of operation, privacy terms and policies. The content, availability or privacy practices of external websites beyond our control are not controlled by Gateway Educonnect.
- Users are responsible for providing complete, accurate, authentic and up-to-date information when using our services. Gateway Educonnect may request supporting documents or additional information where reasonably necessary for counselling, application support, verification, compliance or service-delivery purposes.
- You should be able to use the applicable services with the legal capacity as required by the applicable law. In the case of an applicant who is below 18 years of age or where the law or an institution requires parental or guardian involvement, Gateway Educonnect might demand proper parental or guardian approval, authorisation or involvement before they can offer some services or submit information.
- Gateway Educonnect can also interact with the users via email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or any other suitable means of communication regarding enquiries, counselling, application updates, document requests, service communications and other pertinent issues. The marketing communications will be conducted in compliance with the law and Privacy Policy.
- We might suspend, limit or cancel the use of our web site, platform or services where we have reason to believe that a user has acted materially in violation of these Terms, provided fraudulent information, abused our systems, not fulfilled his or her duties as required, or where further use would violate a law or requirement of a third party.
Gateway Educonnect Pvt Ltd is not responsible for failures caused solely by an independent payment provider or banking network that are outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Term and termination
These Terms will be in force as long as you access or use the corresponding Gateway Educonnect site, platform or services.
You can quit our site or services any time, but you must fulfill any contractual, payment, application or service-related duties.
Gateway Educonnect Pvt Ltd is free to suspend, limit or cancel access to specific services where reasonably necessary, such as where a user has materially violated these Terms, has supplied false or fraudulent data, abused our systems or services, has not performed relevant payment commitments, or where provision of the service would be against applicable law or third-party conditions.
In all cases where we can reasonably and properly do so, we will give notice of suspension or termination. The termination will not take away rights, obligations or liabilities that existed prior to termination.
Payment Gateway
In case of payment of a Gateway Educonnect service, payment can take place via an authorised third-party payment service provider.
The payment provider might gather and handle the data that is required to finalize the transaction in line with its terms and privacy policies.
The payment methods can be in the form of credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI or whichever payment method is supported by the payment provider in question.
All fees, charges, taxes or payment conditions applicable to a service of Gateway Educonnect must be disclosed prior to or in association with the applicable transaction.
Gateway Educonnect Pvt Ltd is not liable to failures caused by an independent payment provider or banking network that is not within our reasonable control but does not mean that we are not liable to any failures that cannot be absolutely prohibited by law.
Privacy and Personal Data
Gateway Educonnect Pvt Ltd processes personal data in connection with enquiries, counselling, student recruitment, application support, communications and related services
Our Privacy Policy covers the collection, use, storage, sharing, transfer and protection of personal data, outlines relevant privacy rights and contact procedures.
In the event that we provide or publish personal data to a university, pathway provider or other independent organisation when a student is requesting an application or service, the organisation may handle the personal data in line with its own privacy notice and any legal requirements.
You are advised to read the privacy notice of the concerned institution or third party where necessary.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any privacy right or other data-protection right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Refer and earn:
- Gateway Educonnect can provide referral programmes occasionally to qualified users who make referrals to potential students of our services.
- To engage in a referral programme, the referring person may be asked to give the name and valid contact details of the person being referred to and make sure that the referral is conducted as per the conditions stipulated in the applicable programme.
- A referral shall only be a success when the person who was referred meets all the requirements that were communicated by Gateway Educonnect such as any registration, counselling, application, admission, enrolment or other conditions that qualify him/her.
- The relevant referral programme will provide the applicable referral reward, the number of referrals, and the timeframe of eligibility, the qualifying conditions and the payment schedule.
- Referral reward is only payable when it is ascertained by the Gateway Educonnect that all the relevant programme requirements are met. Gateway Educonnect is allowed to seek any reasonable information or documentation to verify any referral reward before it is processed.
- In the case of a duplicate, fraudulent, self-referred or incorrectly-information based referral, the referral will not be payable or where the referral is otherwise not in accordance with the conditions of the referral-programme.
- It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure they seek the right permission before giving the contact information of another person to Gateway Educonnect and they are not to give any personal information without the right authority.
- Gateway Educonnect Pvt Ltd can also prospectively modify, suspend or terminate a referral programme. Any referral reward previously earned in a valid manner, prior to such a change, will be processed in compliance with the terms and conditions that will be applied at the time of completion of the qualifying referral, as per the applicable law.
- Referral rewards are individual to the eligible referrer and can be subject to any tax, verification or payment conditions.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Gateway Educonnect provides education counselling, student recruitment, application-support and related assistance. We are not making decisions in the form of admission, scholarship and visa, immigration, accommodation and other decisions, which are made independently by the universities, government authorities or other third parties.
We do not offer admission to any institution, delivery of an offer, a scholarship, a visa grant, an immigration outcome, accommodation or any specific academic or career outcome.
Students will continue to be liable to submit proper, complete, genuine and timely information and documentation and review application information prior to submission where feasible.
In the delivery of our services, we exercise reasonable care, however, details regarding universities, courses, fees, scholarships, admissions requirements, immigration requirements and deadlines could vary since these are handled by independent bodies or authorities.
Gateway Educonnect Pvt Ltd will not be liable to losses caused by the mere decisions, actions, omissions, system failure or change of policy of independent third parties that are beyond our reasonable control to the maximum extent that may be allowed under the law.
All of these Terms do not exclude or restrict any liability, statutory right, remedy or consumer protection, which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are regulated by the Indian laws.
Any conflict deriving out of or connected with such Terms or the services rendered by the Gateway Educonnect Pvt Ltd may be subjected to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan, India subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional requirements under the applicable law.
No provision in this section inhibits a consumer to exercise any of the mandatory rights or remedies under the applicable law.
