The University of Wyoming, commonly referred to as UW is a public, land-grant research university founded in December 1886 at Laramie, Wyoming. UW, as the flagship university of the state, provides a broad portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate study fields.

- Academic Excellence: UW is made up of several colleges, such as the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, College of Arts and Sciences, Business Administration, Education, Engineering and Applied Sciences, Health Sciences, and Law. There are over a hundred and twenty undergraduate and graduate programmes, together with certificate courses, and these include the Doctor of Pharmacy and Juris Doctor.
